FAQ

What operating systems are supported?

Omnicheck requires Windows 10 (64-bit) or newer. For best performance and compatibility, Windows 11 (64-bit) is recommended.

No. Omnicheck is built for Windows computers only. Devices running macOS, ChromeOS, or mobile OS (iOS, Android) are not supported.

Omnicheck is designed for Intel and AMD processors. Many ARM-based Windows systems are designed incompatibly, which may prevent required drivers and hardware communication from working correctly. While installation may succeed, performance and reliability are not guaranteed on ARM machines. For dependable operation, we recommend a computer with an Intel or AMD x64 processor.

We suggest the following for reliable performance:
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 (2022 or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (5th Gen or newer)
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM or more
  • Storage: At least 15 GB available space (SSD preferred)
  • USB: At least two USB 3.0 ports + one USB-C port
Lower-spec machines (e.g. 8 GB RAM or older chipsets) may run Omnicheck, but we do not guarantee full functionality or speed under all test conditions.

No. Because Omnicheck requires direct low-level access to hardware and drivers, performance and hardware communication are not guaranteed in virtualized or remote desktop environments. It should be installed and run on a physical Windows computer directly connected to your testing hardware.
